Preventing Caregiver Burnout and Managing Stress

Caregiving can be one of the most rewarding and gratifying experiences. However, it can also take a heavy toll on our physical and mental wellbeing. Sometimes, it feels like caregiving stretches us to our limits. This presentation will acknowledge and reckon with feelings of burnout and stress. Then, we will provide practical tips and strategies for alleviating burnout, preventing it in the future, and managing stress.
